Effects of editing a Peer Evaluation

- If your peer evaluation has not been released then you can edit the peer evaluation without any effects to team data.
- Changes to items that aren’t directly associated with student scoring or content such as peer evaluation name and overview/instructions can be made without any effects to team data.
- Changes to the content or scoring settings of a live peer evaluation will be aggregated and applied when you click the Save Changes button and will have the following effects:
For peer evaluations using balance points
- If the type (categories or balance points), any scoring settings, or any quantitative questions change, all quantitative data will be reset for students and they will be notified to re-submit their peer evaluation via email notification.
- Qualitative data will only be reset for qualitative questions you modify.
For peer evaluations using categories
- Quantitative data will only be reset for quantitative questions you modify.
- Qualitative data will only be reset for qualitative questions you modify.
